I wanted to make this recipe but we did not have a double boiler. We tried melting the chocolate in a pan that was sitting in another pan of water. It sort-of worked but not really that great. One day my mom came home from grocery shopping and she said, "I have a surprise for you..." and I somehow knew what it was IT WAS A NEW DOUBLE BOILER! And I have used it a couple times now with peanut goodies witch we will talk about later ...And I love it! And as you can see, my little sister LOVED the ice cream treats!
Let's make these again soon! I love your blog, Gabe! Start looking for some veggie recipes and we will surprise Abbey with them when she comes home!
